Pros

Atrium is fully transparent with pay levels and commission structures across the organization, there is a clear career map for everyone to plot their journey with the company long term. Leadership is charismatic and approachable. There is opportunity here to make a business for yourself and basically be your own boss. Strong learning culture. DEI is active and involved in regular HR programming. Sales environment with lots of women so not creepy. I felt proud to work here. Young fun energy with mature adults at the helm.

Cons

The job itself is challenging and not for everyone. You need to make a minimum # of calls, and a minimum # of interviews weekly in order to grow your desk. Overtime it becomes second nature but in the beginning it's hard. Once you master recruiting, you must start selling within a year or so. Depending on the team you are on, team culture changes. Maturity level across middle managers varies. Can be clique-y. Must be in office 3 days a week (pro or a con depending on who you are). Honestly, none of this is that bad. You'll find these things in any co. (If you are going to work in staffing, Atrium is one of the best places you could land).
