Pros

I recently started working with Atrium and have loved the experience. The work is pretty consistent, the pay is better than a retail/restaurant job, and they send you to some pretty awesome work places. In addition to the temporary work, they help you land a full time job.

Cons

No complaints really. Some advice though, the full time jobs they'll be able to secure you are mainly receptionist gigs, so if that isn't you main career goal, I would let them know that right away.

Pros

Generous PTO Work/Life Balance Good community Summer Fridays

Cons

Lack of focus on DEI efforts I think overall compensation needs to be higher to reflect the cost of living.

Strangest interview

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Strangest interview process. They brought me in to do three hour interview in which I met with various people at the company. A lot of them seemed to be very judgmental. Overall, it was way too fast and intense. Just felt like they were all judging you the whole time. They were also obsessed with something called the predictive index test. I've never heard of this, but it was some kind of behavioral assessment.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your interview experience. We apologize for any discomfort you felt during the process. Our goal is to ensure a comprehensive and fair assessment of all candidates, and we regret if it came across as judgmental. We value the insights provided by the Predictive Index test as it helps us understand candidates' behavioral traits and ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture. However, we understand that this may have been unfamiliar and perhaps unexpected. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will consider it carefully to improve our interview process. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all candidates and will work on making our approach more transparent and accommodating. Thank you once again for your input, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, The Atrium Team
