Lack of Honesty and Respect

Pros

Always work, never a lack of work. If you want to work, you will work.

Cons

However, pay is pretty bad. I don't feel that the recruiters are honest about how large of a cut they take, or even that they take a cut at all. So there is a lot of work available, but you work for peanuts.

Pros

Young and fun company culture, management likes to excite employees with fun company parties and prizes. Room for growth and the company is continuing to grow.

Cons

Atrium is highly focused on hiring one type of "image," management makes false promises and can be untrustworthy, at the end of the day its a sales environment, hitting numbers and making money is the end goal. Management is also not afraid to fire employees right away.
