Terrible experience

Pros

Banquets can be fun. Revolving door of new employees so there's always someone new to meet.

Cons

I strongly would advise against considering Atrium as a place of employment to anyone. I had an exceptionally terrible experience as an internal employee during my time here. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the severity of the situation I found myself in at the time due to naivety, lack of professional experience and the gaslighting I experienced at the hand of management. Without going into too much detail; while an employee at Atrium I witnessed multiple forms of misconduct. When I escalated this scary situation to my manager and their manager who were turning a blind eye to it all - I was told to not report this to HR and if I repeated it to anyone, I would lose my job. Besides the extremely questionable ethics; Atrium really does not offer much as a place of employment. Internal mobility is made really difficult, no annual performance reviews, below market salaries, no work life balance or flexibility, aggressive and cliquey management, lack of accountability in Leadership, lack of Leadership training and an absent CEO.

Pros

- Flexible hours - Depending on your team, decent management - Nice office

Cons

- If you are not in the "in crowd" then you are not set up for success - They don't reward good behavior, but rather who cries the loudest - Transparency seems to be something they WANT to have, however, they are not in the slightest. - Managers of managers are friends, not managers. - They refuse to follow the rules they have in place, but expect for you to.

Pros

Great opportunity Nice one on one attention prior to getting assignment Nice environment

Cons

Doesn't really follow up with candidates after starting assignment, other than sending out generic emails to vast amount of atrium workers at that particular site. And once you leave a assignment, they certainly don't reach out to to try and help locate another assignment for you or to even check up on you to make sure you are good in your future endeavors.
