Pros

Flexible scheduling, varied work placements, and my recruiter is awesome

Cons

Like most temp work it's inconsistent, and hard to predict what the 'off season' is going to be. It seems like there are some office politics that temp workers are not privy to. When I wasn't being sent out, it felt like it was because I had done something wrong. But as soon as I asked, I was sent out on a few consecutive jobs so maybe I'm just self conscious.

Pros

The strive to get you the best salary, and thank the employees twice a year with an ice cream social, breakfast, etc.

Cons

Benefits, especially medical, are awful

Pros

Felxible work available, with lots of potential to grow.

Cons

Company culture is lacking. Everyone just seems to do their job and that is pretty much it.
