Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Atrium. We did want to clarify that Atrium offers fair and equitable pay to our temporary employees in line with assignment requirements. Any mark-up on pay rates includes associate labor taxes, benefits (such as workers compensation, unemployment, paid sick leave and health insurance), as well as a service fee for placing the temporary worker. These fees are charged to our clients, not our employees.
If an employee feels that they are not being offered adequate pay, they have the right to deny assignment. As an applicant centric firm, we pride ourselves on making quality matches that meet the needs of our associate population.
