      Pros

      Good staffing agency, give you assignments with great companies, give you PTO and Sick Days which you can take in blocks of 4 or 8 hours. Quickly to answer you to your questions and making sure you fit in on your current roles.

      Cons

      Pay can be higher and to provide better benefits.
