Pros

Leadership is so open to hearing your opinions and having an 'open door' policy with any concerns. Overall, just a great group of people to work with whether it's in office or remote work.

Cons

I think it can be tough when you like to work in person/in office, but are working remotely for the time being. Luckily, the company plans to move forward with a hybrid schedule in January 2022, so it will be the best of both worlds soon.

Pros

Active when you ask them to be.

Cons

Recruiter did not make an effort to make a connection with me. The agency doesn't do much to help you unless you ask them to get involved first.
