Pros

Great opportunity Nice one on one attention prior to getting assignment Nice environment

Cons

Doesn't really follow up with candidates after starting assignment, other than sending out generic emails to vast amount of atrium workers at that particular site. And once you leave a assignment, they certainly don't reach out to to try and help locate another assignment for you or to even check up on you to make sure you are good in your future endeavors.

Pros

I've been working with Atrium for less than a year and love it. Communication Care for employees Work-life balance (work remotely when needed and schedule flexibility) Great management and leadership team HR knowledge

Cons

Not much. The company is great and growing fast.
