Pros

I’ve been working at Atrium as a remote recruiter for over 4 years, and I can genuinely say I still love what I do. The company culture is one of the best I’ve experienced—collaborative, supportive, and built on trust. Even working remotely, I feel connected to my team and appreciated by leadership. The pay is fair and transparent, and I’ve always felt that my contributions are valued. Atrium gives you the tools and autonomy to succeed while fostering a strong sense of community and purpose. After 4 years, I’m still excited to show up to work every day. Helping people find roles that truly fit them is incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to be doing that in a place that values both its clients and its employees.

Cons

Pros

Attractive PTO policy, leadership who encourages growth and learning, opportunities to try new things, no baby-sitting of remote employees, positive encouragement of work/life balance, woman owned.

Cons

As the company grows it seems that some of the attention to employee programs and recognition is being abandoned. A lot of things that used to make Atrium unique are disappearing and it's becoming more corporate-ized. The cost of living is growing at a much faster rate than our compensation.
