      Pros

      The recruiters are all really friendly and responsive. I got put into a position quickly after a couple interviews, which is good if you've just moved to a big city like NYC with no job.

      Pay is on the low side

      Pros

      Atrium was great at providing consistent work as an administrative assistant at various Conde Nast publications. Atrium was easy to work with and helpful finding work. It was nice to be able to turn down work when I was unnavailable. They were always gracious and accomadating.

      Cons

      The $15 per hour rate doesn't go far in NYC.

      Pros

      If you are looking to build a successful recruitment career, Atrium is a great place to do it. Their training process is incredible, management is extremely supportive and accessible and team structure is great. The employees are all extremely positive, hard working individuals and everyone genuinely enjoys going to work every day. Culture there is fantastic- fun and motivating and work life balance is great.

      Cons

      As any other recruitment or sales job, there are ups and downs. Most people at Atrium make their money through commission and that can be tough.
