absolutely no pros involved at this workplace

Cons

no staff training provided, profit driven, supervisors and admin with little experience, unresponsive supervisors, major ethical concerns, prefer hiring green staff who don't know any better, not interested in following ethical guidelines, little knowledge of insurance companies and billing requirements, disorganized, expect you to work 24/7, no supports with scheduling for staff or families

You get a company-issued laptop

There is no base office, you have to make and print all of your materials at your house, if you're lucky they will reimburse you. As a BCBA you will be thrown clients with 0 regard to where you are located (I had clients that were 1 hour away) There is a revolving door of technicians and not enough time to train them. Once one knows how to do a program they are removed from a case or quit There is not a lot of continuation of services because the techs don't feel supported so they call out or leave the company often Many ethical violations seen throughout my time being with them

The people I work with directly are kind and helpful

Cons

The higher ups demonstrate time and time again that they do not care about people, including the clients they serve. They falsely advertise high pay but then do not provide support in getting there or don't provide the pay at all. They implement all punishment-based contingencies.
