Attain ABA Therapy reviews

There are serious concerns about the organization’s priorities and operations. While the company presents an image through its social media presence, that image doesn't reflect the reality for those who work directly with clients. Attain/Kadiant is not clinician-owned or operated, and it shows. Decisions appear to be made by leadership that lacks both experience in ABA and connection to the day-to-day realities of providing services. Direct workers are the bread and butter of this company, but the president/CEO is so disconnected to the reality of work conditions. Morale among clinicians is low, largely due to feeling undervalued. Meanwhile, the CEO continues to post on LinkedIn in a tone that is out-of-touch and lacking the clinical insight expected of someone in a leadership role at a behavioral health organization. Attain seems focused on brand image and financial growth at the expense of clinical integrity and employee well-being. Repeated layoffs to preserve their bottom line have been made. Run, do not walk.

Was told no lay offs just a “structure change” and now people are being laid off!!!! They are not transparent AT ALL. Full time positions are now part time. Many benefits were swiped. Upper management is not truthful about what is going on! If you need a STABLE job, stay far away from attain!
