Pros
Attenti is undergoing major changes - shifting from a slow moving beast with mediocre employees and no benefits, to a fast moving Killer shark. There are huge investments in people, facilities, equipment, technologies, benefits - and everything is happening across the board. There are tons of amazing people working here, and there are tons of challenges. The current install base is undergoing a major redesign/refactor, new technologies are learned and implemented in it, while a new amazing product is being built from scratch with open source technologies. the entire development methodology is leaping forward and its a great place to be in right now. this place is sizzling with new jobs and opportunities. We are moving from a classical hierarchical and stiff organizational structure into an agile structure, with Squads/Chapters,Tribes, guilds. The company just hired a UX expert which is transforming the way product & r&d are working.
Cons
There are still pockets of resistance to change, but they are dissolving. The building is a bit on the "need to improve" side, but renovation and rebuilds are happening across all floors.
