chaos, poor management

Pros

once a week they provide fruit, and once a week there's vegetables.

Cons

- no salary increase from year to year - no bonus program - managers push for longer hours constantly - dont inform employees of timeframe changes, so that employees will keep working under pressure - spend money to buy fancy equipment but give employees no new benefits - no food in kitchens, except nescafe. there's a coffee machine, if employees buy their own capsules.
