Some really great people work here and the product is pretty neat.

LOTS of favoritism.
Management has no experience In Med Device and it shows. Too much attention to shipping parts out and not enough on the safety or quality of those parts. Production has it rough - hundreds crammed into a tiny “clean room”.
Hardworking, funny, understanding people work here. I always look forward to my shifts. Fast growing company with many good opportunities for growth. Fair reward for extra hard work, leaves me feeling fairly compensated.
Cons
Growing from a small business, so there is still some learning being done by upper management, but they are doing their best and continue to improve.
