Good Idea Bad Company

Pros

Smart patented medical device products, competent and kind most of the management team, and good compensation.

Cons

Bad facilities layout; 5 different buildings that you need to travel to get your job done, poor facilities services; bad employee break/cafeteria room, limited restrooms, not enough parking space, dangerous path to walk between buildings, etc. Some leaders in management will not tolerate or accept feedback/ideas unless is their own.

Pros

Some really great people work here and the product is pretty neat.

Cons

LOTS of favoritism. Management has no experience In Med Device and it shows. Too much attention to shipping parts out and not enough on the safety or quality of those parts. Production has it rough - hundreds crammed into a tiny “clean room”.
