      very unprofessional, lack of discipline, nepotism, low income

      Pros

      There are no best reasons to work there, the managers are poorly trained, they are romanian, they work unprofessional, they bring nepotism up front, and they don't give a dam' about respect, trust, leadership..

      Cons

      All the time stressed up, they are forcing us to catch client thieves,cash desk errors, poor salary, somewhere under 200e, there attitude is strictly out from the a village of stupid paysons and i don't take no pleasure working in there. but i don't have anywhere else to go..i live in Romania for God sakes..

      Pros

      They have very good values in my opinion. The human interaction was awlways nice in my opinion. The work was challenging yet manageable. I was given a lot of freedom, even the opportunity to make mistakes, and that enabled me to grow quite a lot I believe.

      Cons

      Computers were far outdated and not efficient, and the training/formation was not incredibly satisfactory.
