Good work life balance, most of people are nice in this company, less focus on results, a good training system for new graduates, business of group keeps increasing with a good future

Cons

Salary and benefits are in average level in Shang hai. It is difficult to be promoted in a short term. Company is risk reverse culture and people hate to take risk

Lot of responsabilities in the company and a good corporate culture. Auchan is a good company for team work and a relevant experience in projects.

Cons

I have few cons to say. Maybe just that it's sometimes long to take some decisions because of the hierarchical structure.
