None currently. Before the company went private, it was a good company to work for and doing well.
Cons
The company and all subsidiaries were acquired by private equity over a year ago. Despite being told of a bright future and no layoffs, the layoffs started shortly after and have continued. Just about all of the executive team that built and made the company successful are gone. I feel that everyone remaining is on borrowed time. The various brands to be consolidated so layoffs will continue, The culture has deteriorated and morale very low. Management callous. Anyone considering working for Auctane should consider this a temporary job as there is no stability.
