      High turnover Folks left are mostly doormats and sycophants PE firm has given up on growth and now focused on juicing profits to an extreme level No strategy other than offshoring and outsourcing Too many chiefs not enough Indians

      Pros

      Great people and culture. Nice office. Good for a bridge job/networking.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs and low pay for those that "made the cut". No bonuses, raise discussions, or advancement. It's just one of those places where it's never a good time to ask for a raise, but it's always a good time to add to your workload. It went downhill after getting bought. Benefits are mid.

      Pros

      Once upon a time working here was absolutely incredible. The culture was amazing. I stayed as long as I did for the people. Eventually that wasn’t enough to keep me there, sadly. It’s all big corporate now.

      Cons

      After we got bought out by Thoma Bravo, every perk was quickly stripped away. Bad news after bad news. It absolutely destroyed morale. Good luck getting anything to move quickly, and it’s extremely obvious all Thoma Bravo cares about is profit. They don’t share that profit they make though, because it’s ridiculously hard to obtain a raise. If you do get a raise, it won’t likely be much unless you are moving departments or are already high up. Good luck.
