Cons
Missing a viable company strategy. PE owners only out to cut costs without a plan for revenue expansion (owners goal only to preserve dividends to themselves). PE doesn't understand and doesn't want to learn the logistics / logistics software business, impossible for the new mgmt team to succeed. Lack of investment in product and engineering. Numerous layoffs hurting employee morale. Former mgmt sudden departed, along with most institutional knowledge. New mgmt has no institutional knowledge (esp carriers, carrier relationships or customers). Political. No objective metrics to measure performance.
