      Good products that serve a real need Designers and engineers that believe in the user-centered products ethos Incredibly hard working folks at all levels Diverse and inclusive culture Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      PE-owned company that seems to value shareholder profit more than creating a sustainable, product-led process Continually expects more to be done with less (more work, less time, fewer people) Only pays lip service to actual research-led initiatives, doesn't invest in the tools needed to have a proper research culture

      Pros

      So far, Auctane employees are exceptional (excluding micro-management) and fantastic to work with! I love the hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Once the new CEO and top executives took over, things slowly went downhill. Suddenly, it was only about hitting business targets, even if it meant neglecting the staff. Annual pay raises that match inflation? Forget about it. Advancing in your sales career? Unless you're keen on logistics, good luck. And those big talks about exciting new acquisitions that will bring new BIG opportunities never seemed to materialize into anything real.

      Pros

      The people at Auctane are amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The company perks are awesome such an unlimited supply of snacks and caffeine. Office space is state of the art and great equipment.

      Cons

      Horrible horrible experience with my direct manager. Manager lacked needed skills to be good at the job. Long working hours as well. This might vary among different departments. However, I often hear people complaining about hitting 40hours on Thursday morning.
