Great coworkers. Really cool product that is constantly improving and growing to scale with the needs in the industry

Cons

Management is horrible with communication. Pay is getting less and less even when you bring in more.

There are many talented, dedicated workers who have a deep knowledge of the company. Working with them is very enjoyable.

Cons

There are constant layoffs every 6 months, even if the company's report is positive. C-levels with company knowledge have left the company.

- Coworkers couldn't be better; the culture is one worth staying for. - Middle/low-level management is very team oriented and always have their team's backs.

Cons

- Ever since Thoma Bravo buyout the goal is to make $ not impress the customer or improve the product. - Leadership (Executive/C-level) is so disconnected from the day-to-day that they often make decisions that don't make sense for customers or employees. - Only white, cisgender men are at the top. Everyone else is mid-to-low level employees. This is why I gave diversity 1 star.
