After we got bought out by Thoma Bravo, every perk was quickly stripped away. Bad news after bad news. It absolutely destroyed morale. Good luck getting anything to move quickly, and it’s extremely obvious all Thoma Bravo cares about is profit. They don’t share that profit they make though, because it’s ridiculously hard to obtain a raise. If you do get a raise, it won’t likely be much unless you are moving departments or are already high up. Good luck.

Once the new CEO and top executives took over, things slowly went downhill. Suddenly, it was only about hitting business targets, even if it meant neglecting the staff. Annual pay raises that match inflation? Forget about it. Advancing in your sales career? Unless you're keen on logistics, good luck. And those big talks about exciting new acquisitions that will bring new BIG opportunities never seemed to materialize into anything real.
