      Pros

      Free snacks and drinks - hybrid work mostly - cool office - Very nice people

      Cons

      Constant fear of layoffs amongst employees - below average pay - no true career path given mgmt changes every two years - constant restructuring - and owned by a terrible PE firm called Thamo Bravo that will do anything to save a dime.

      Promising sector and TAM. Corporate Enthusiasm (but doesn't match reality)

      Cons

      Complete disfunction. Revolving door of C-Suite. Last CFO stayed 1 day. Competing priorities across teams and executives. Key teams are under resourced. The people actually doing the work are trying their best.

      Going downhill fast

      Pros

      When it was Stamps.com it was great. The leadership was capable. They treated their employees and customers well. But now that they’re on their 4th CEO post-pandemic. Says a lot. They blame competition and inflation but really it’s lack of accountability. Feel bad for the people who (over)work there.

      Sad times, my friends. End of an era.
