      f I can get one person to think twice about applying to this stressful sweatshop then mission accomplished! Picture a slave ship where you are in the bowels of the ship and you are chained to the oar. You are constantly whipping you to row harder. Well, you get the idea when you are trying to meet the daily # of calls and leads passed. Unattainable #'s. 100% Cold calls! That's right you read right 100% Cold calls! You will be terminated if you question her. She is condescending and just not a nice person. who likes to work in fear? YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE!

      If you like maintenance and only writing code for a few hours a week then you’re in luck!

      Cons

      Managers are trash and this place has no goals. Also everybody pretty much quit, it’s a skeleton crew now, and they’re expected to grow multitudes more profitable in the next four years to make some rich private equity firm even richer, while everyone that made this place what it is today got shafted with a joke of an equity plan which would give them scraps in comparison to the value they are expected to provide.

      Some great people with long tenure who really understand the business. A lot of people care about each other and the company

      Cons

      Executive team is toxic. The CMO and CPO have a terrible reputation and the CEO isn’t doing anything about it and lets them drive the business into the ground. The good people are leaving because they can’t stand working with them. Marketing continues to decline every year with no real plan to improve.
