      Decent Pay with Lot's Of Stress!

      Pros

      Pay is decent and benefits are average. Lot's of company functions and company products or "swag". Nice business community of offices in the area and close to train station.

      Cons

      Severe nepotism and politics that prevent real upward movement. Lack of understanding of people and new management is more concerned with numbers rather than people. Managers are condescending and talk down to their staff and other department's staff. Culture of back stabbing and side talking.

      Depending on the position the pay is okay

      Cons

      Leadership does not know how to lead. Too many over paid leaders struggling for power and the staff suffers because of it. Poor operational communication. No solid systems in place. There are multiple operating environments for the users and none of them do what they are supposed to do.

      Pros

      Pioneering the online sales of real estate, partnered with Google.

      Cons

      Unless you are dating, married, or related to someone from management you have zero chances of getting promoted. ZERO. They will "lose" your job interest form and HR will "forget" to schedule your interview. But, if you're related to the person or if you are very good friends with management, then you have a good chance of getting promoted.
