Not very many pros anymore.
Cons
There are no people of color in C-suite. People of color are not in any position to decide the direction of the company, they are the workhorses. They bring white men with no experience to manage managers with 7 plus years of experience with the company and in the industry. They pay women and people of color 30% less than their white counterparts that has less education and experience! Plagiarism is acceptable and congratulated. You have black directors reporting to other white directors, Women that have been with the company 10 plus years and never promoted. Every year the medical benefits get worse and worst! Bonuses are non existent except for those favorite people.
