The only pros working for Auction.com are secluded for straight non black men and women who are interested in climbing the corporate later even if you dont have a college degee.

EXTEMEMLY HIGH TURNOVER!! Within the last 14 months there has been no promotions from within. The hiring of 6 plus high paying executives. Bonuses cut in half. Morale is at an all time low. And a wave of people talking about leaving the company. Bias, morale, racial, insensitive culture. Favoritism and a very clique environment. Do not believe in promoting from within. Many Women and Men in upper management are not college educated. Its all about who you are friends with when it comes to being promoted. Everything is a 911. Time to cover all details and explanations "why" are not valued. No clear directions or experience in the foreclosure area from Executives. Ten X has split with Auction.com and clients were not notified. Ethically and morally bankrupt. In additon, taking bonuses away and hiring a lot of executives that does not have the experience needed to take auction.com to the next level.
