Pros

Auction.com as a place to work just keeps getting better. We had an employee engagement survey about six months ago and the execs were very transparent with the results, good and bad. Recently, our CEO shared with us the plans they been implementing to fix what the employees identified as issues. It seems as though our top leaders have taken notice of what’s going on in every level of the company, and that they care about making Auction one of the top places to work. I feel the culture improving and morale lifting. It’s a good feeling when you enjoy coming to work. Did I mention that the people I work with are great? 

Cons

Although there is a big effort going on to improve culture, moral, etc... We have a ways to go before everyone buys into what I hope and believe is the permanent reality of Auction.com and it's leaders.

Pros

Auction.com has a lot going for it after escaping a very disorganized past. The company's new CEO and other new leaders are clear about how to serve customers better so that we STAY the top real estate transaction service. In the Belmont office we have a great bunch of engineers and some nice perks like lunch and games. Engineers definitely hang out with each other and play with drones and hack stuff, which I like. If you think real estate, like all other transactions, will have a growing presence online, then you probably want to be at this company. There is a huge focus on making our culture more fun and serving our diverse workplace better.

Cons

Some of the old guard leadership is still focused on building their own empire inside the company. Product development is generally slow due to lack of engineering resources and said empire builders who have not delegated enough authority to their lieutenants to make real changes, only little tweaks.
