      Pros

      Extremely fast paced. It's what you make of it. You can either choose to thrive or get lost.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from senior management.

      Good but not room for progression

      Pros

      I love the independance of this position and not having to have to sit in one spot for 8 hours a day.

      Cons

      There is no room for progression. Promotions end up being hand picked. It seems like they continue to bounce around on their word. Seniority does not play a factor even if you are doing the job fantastically. Favoritism plays a big role in my opinion

      Work remotely. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Hours have dropped tremendously in the past year. Can no longer survive off of the pay. Other opportunities offered to those who talk to or "hang out" with the managers.
