      Disorganized cluster, horrendous leadership

      Pros

      Lunches catered once a week. Quarterly bonus and solid pay.

      Cons

      If you are offered a position here, please do not take it. Please take it from me. I was recruited away from a great job and offered the world at auction.com. They offered a package so good my current employer at the time couldn't match. It was over 2x an already good compensation package. Once I started I found out my manager was overworked and really under qualified to manage a team as big as the one she had. She missed every meeting I scheduled with her, offered no support at all, and was quite honestly incompetent. The company laid me off along with a bunch of other staff during restructuring only a couple months after starting. The large 6 figure salary she gave me wasn't in the budget. No explanation from her or any of the other executives that so heavily recruited me came afterwards.

      Excluding Directors and above. Staff is amazing and extremely hardworking!

      Pros

      Employees are talented, Hardworking, Knowledgable, Driven, Compassionate, Encouraging, Managers are great leaders and try to make sure you are well trained, and if desired, try to prepare you for promotion. (This only applies to Managers and their subordinates) Sadly.

      Cons

      Cons are as followed; Low Morale, Wasteful spending on things that doesnt matter to the employees, But no money to give raises. Excessive hiring of executives that dont do anything. (clique culture) Unprofessional Directors and VP's. Discrimination and a lack of diversity. Wasted talent. No room for advancement. Unethical business practices. No moral compass. Turnover rate is disproportionate. Toxic work environment. Unhealthy culture.

      Good pay. Good perks. Good benefits.

      Cons

      People with real knowledge and expertise are quitting one by one. What's left is a bunch of dictators with egos. Workplace constantly got disrupted. Managers favor people who bribe, and if you like flattering your boss in every single way then this is a place for you. Management isn't very humane and intelligent. They expect you to be a workaholic and a "working dead".
