Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We do value your contribution and are glad that you have stayed with us these past 8 years. You’re right: there was a period where we probably grew too fast and didn’t have the right structure or strategies in place to manage that growth. We learned a lot from that time and believe that we’ve made a lot of progress since then. I hope you’ll attend our next All-Hands meeting where we’ll update you on our 2014 performance, and share our plans for 2015 and beyond. I think you’ll see that we’re on the right path and we’re making sure to communicate our strategies and initiatives along the way, and to recognize great teamwork as we move forward. I hope you continue to stay with us and give us a chance to demonstrate that we do value you. I’m not sure who told you to not talk to me, but that’s just silly.
