      Pros

      In my experience, the management at Audible tries to live up to its values. I was able to grow in my career, and was supported when exploring ways to disrupt the status quo within my role.

      Cons

      Projects move very quickly, and sometimes not all the details are known until the last minute.

      All Politics, Not good for career

      Amazing product and does great work in the community

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs mean if you dont play politics you will never get promoted, especially in Finance/Insights. Hard work doesnt pay, managers play favorites, and promises are never kept. Horrible place to come for a career. Not a start up feel as some may try to convince you it is.

      Great product poor management

      - Great tech and smart coworker - Good perks , free food and happy hrs - Audible support community service programs in and around Newark, opportunity to give back to community

      Cons

      - Location - Management afraid to take risk . - Compensation package below market and parent company.
