      Senior Management has no idea how to effectively run an organization or manage employees. Re-org every year doesn't mean you are doing a good job.

      Pros

      As my 4 star review reflects, I'm very happy at Audible - one of the best jobs I've had. Great office space, great snacks/lunch, and interesting work with a great team. However, your experience very much depends on who your immediate manager is.

      Cons

      While my manager is excellent, there are some I know who are not and upper leadership in the company seems very political (both office politics and political politics) and simultaneously out of touch with what is happening on the ground.
