      Pros

      Great product and lots of good people

      Cons

      Dysfunction, fear and favoritism abounds. Employees who have been employed for the long haul have absurd behaviors, especially at top of company. Company succeeds in spite of itself because the product is great.

      Pros

      - Good work life balance - Free food - Commuter benefits - Office location , infrastructure , equipments , desk good and sufficient budget allocated for improvement in this area. - Flexible timing and WFH facilities .

      Cons

      - Too much project management and multiple manager involvement in a single project . Not like Amazon teams where developers lead the project design with one or no PM . - Less focus on employee development , do not have a string hiring team. - Micromanagement and involvement of many project managers in projects .

      Pros

      Interesting challenges on a daily basis. Getting things done right and fast is a way of life. There IS something called a "free lunch".

      Cons

      Future of individuals is not very clear. The management might be in the know of what is coming next, but bottom-of-the-tree employees don't. Maybe through gossips and knowing the right people, but not officially. Not that its bad, but being in the know of what's coming next would be a good morale boost.
