      Great work culture. Flexible working hours. Importance to work and personal life balance. Free audiobooks and free lunches on monday. Intelligent people to work with

      Small company attitude. Don't tend to focus on how to grow their employees or think outside the box.

      Pros

      The environment is friendly, there's free lunches every Monday, people are young and nice, the cubicles all have low walls so people could talk to each other more freely

      Cons

      They expect their employees to work really long hours sometimes, the pay is pretty low (their interns work for free), a lot of inefficient meetings
