      Pros

      - Positive energy - No Micro management - Very helpful people around (specially HR, amazing diversity in the HR - like the fact there is no preference in race or color) - All immigration work was done smoothly by HR - Enjoyed the first day tour of the office (Very well done by Mike) - Free Lunches and healthy snacks - Starbucks on the house - Keep introducing varieties of healthy snack options

      Cons

      Parking and complimentary shuttle - both are not in the best of shape.

      They dont expect much from interns. For SDEs it is Amazon.

      The work load is not much as compared to Amazon.

      Pros

      1) Being an Amazon subsidiary is an advantage. 2) Stock options 3) Employee benefits like event tickets, sports leagues, free audible membership etc

      Cons

      1) Would have been better if it was located in NYC instead of Newark 2) YoY salary raise is very less 3) A good % of the pay is in stocks, which is a bit of a risk
