They have free lunches everyday Under Amazon wing

Cons

They literally dupe you. The higher management has no concern for the employees and what they want. There is a serious lack of communication There is no focus on employee happiness. They say there is a work life balance but I dont see it. There is a provision to work remotely but it is frowned upon by your colleagues. People gossip all the time and tend to be into other people's business. Overall a very toxic work culture. One hardly ever sees the CEO. Setting up meetings with anyone above your manager is next to impossible. No good intake program. No good mentorship program.

- As everyone else mentioned free food and Amazon RSUs

Cons

- NOT an engineering culture. If that is what you want, look elsewhere. - Fairly regular reorgs. They desperately move people around hoping it will solve management problems and it changes things for a couple of months and then they realize it is just as bad. - A lot of sitting and waiting for management to make decisions - Dozens of people need to have 5-10 meetings for decisions to be made. - Constant "land grab". People are quick to look for credit and quicker to avoid blame. - Duplicating work. So many times I would get half way to a developed feature to find out it was developed by a different team months ago - Bad communication. No one knows what other teams are doing. - If you are unhappy they will shuffle you to a different team where you slowly realize it's just as bad and you need to stick it out to get your RSUs. - For some reason one of these reviews mentions being excited to start? so people are writing reviews before they even work here?

• Nepotism and cronyism supplants loyalty and hard work • Constant revolving door of mid to upper level management • Very little to almost no vertical growth • Too many layers in the approval process, thus slowing project timelines • Biased and unfair mid-year and annual performance reviews
