This company completely lacks company ethics. They will interview you for 8 rounds and when you will clear all rounds they will say at the end that you are not selected. I mean which company takes 8 rounds of interview. Even companies like Google don't take 8 rounds. Being choosy is ok but being over choosy tells lack of clarity and also tells that they are not clear with what they want. The same thing will happen when you will start working there. They will not be satisfied with the work you will do for them. And the most important thing they will not negotiate salary with you they will straight away reject you if you asked lil more. So decide before going for this company.

Pros

Company has good product using AI and the other latest tech stack. Lots of opportunities to own and learn. Got good large clients which is good reflection of the work done.

Cons

Being a start-up and into product space, lots of things move at fast pace. Need to add more capacity.
