There is no unified process Faculty rarely use your mid-advanced design skills Going to conferences is unusual

The pay is good, co-workers are nice

Cons

No holiday pay. Management is known to change your schedule without notifying you. Management turn their backs when you need them.

Very Fragmented system, not cohesive, and management appears nontransparent. Not much employee feedback and support, in individual departments.
