Probably the highest paid CC position in the area.

Cons

Not very flexible with CC scheduling. Have to work weekends and holidays now.

This is a state job so the benefits are really good. I have been able to move around with in the institution

Cons

The older workers keep their jobs beyond retirement making it difficult for the younger workers to advance in some areas. Pay is not as good a private sector
