      Smaller number of faculty with unique environment of interdisciplinary work. Current technology as well as cutting edge technology available.

      Cons

      Not all labs are the same, some are still working with the sun dial and others have fine tuned atomic clocks. To put it simply, if you're looking to do work in research, do your homework on the lab and the PI.

      Pros

      The staff of the Dental School is very close; we back each other and are there when times get tough and when celebrations are upon us.

      Cons

      The largest complaint is low pay and the reason for a high turn over with staff members.
