      Pros

      There were a lot of opportunities to explore different specialties. The Physicians are very open and accepting to newcomers. Overall a 4 star rating.

      Cons

      Poorly managed and the nursing staff acts like they just don't want to deal with incoming students. The management team never seemed to communicate very well with each other.

      Pros

      Great benefits package. Staff within Institutional Effectiveness is great to work and learn with. Opportunities to be involved with many areas of the university and network with other employees.

      Cons

      Often need to do other units' work when they do not follow instructions. The position receives very little recognition from external units.

      Pros

      -Best pay in the area -Good teamwork and collaborative environment -Can't help but to learn, and further improvement/education is encouraged and pushed -Good nurses that value PCTs and don't treat them poorly

      Cons

      -Parking. You will be walking a good distance from wherever you park. The upside is after 1500, anyone can park in the parking garages. So if you have the time and opportunity, you can move closer later. -Work can be very difficult and demanding depending on where you are hired
