      Pros

      Pay is better than other area hospitals...but even that is not enough to make up for incorrigible management staff.

      Cons

      Management...from the CEO down. I don't believe that all management have always been this bad. Everyone seems to be desperate to keep their positions at this point, so they throw their employees under the bus whenever necessary.

      They offer great salaries and some of the best health benefits

      Cons

      Too many managers doing the same job and not willing to help the staff when we are short of help.

      Pros

      Met lots of people and developed my networking skills. Was adequately prepared to be a presenter at the Southern Regional Orientation Workshop (SROW).

      Cons

      Not the fault of the office or school; smaller campus just meant fewer people and opportunities.
