      Pros

      -Best pay in the area -Good teamwork and collaborative environment -Can't help but to learn, and further improvement/education is encouraged and pushed -Good nurses that value PCTs and don't treat them poorly

      Cons

      -Parking. You will be walking a good distance from wherever you park. The upside is after 1500, anyone can park in the parking garages. So if you have the time and opportunity, you can move closer later. -Work can be very difficult and demanding depending on where you are hired

      Pros

      Very friendly but professional atmosphere. Faculty and staff were very helpful, and I've learned a lot from them. Provided many opportunities for personal and professional growth which I was able to pursue.

      Cons

      Relatively smaller size compared to the top tier universities. In recent years problems with consolidation and rapid growth of the university. Administration has some disagreements and implemented various rules and regulations that limit some students.

      Set hours meet new people routinely that is pretty much the only pros of working at GRU Dental School

      Cons

      Terrible pay for work load no advancement opportunities no raises due to state funded job.
