      purpose and community driven organization, that always keeps the best interest of the people it serves first, and employees close second.

      Cons

      Not always the most flexible, not very leading edge when it comes to new technology or industry trends, and is usually last to update pay scale for various roles. Can lead to needing to "prove yourself" to get appropriate pay rather than being paid up front.
