      Pros

      Great place to work, a lot of good people to work with. Would trusty most of the nurses and doctors with my life.

      Cons

      Administration has gotten way to big. They will promote unqualified people to management positions, creating spots if there is none.

      Although the Aultman Health Foundation employs over four thousand people, there is a sense of community more commonly found with a smaller organization. There are numerous opportunities for advancement, and furthering your education is highly encouraged. The benefits are decent, and their Bee Healthy program is a great incentive toward overall wellness.

      Cons

      As with most companies, "who you know" seems to win out over competency.
