Pros

- Remote Work. - Good Salary.

Cons

- 2 weeks ago, I got sick so I asked for a sick leave. My manager approved it and the next day I found that I was transferred to a different team and I have 12 days of notice period while I'm supposed to be on a sick leave already! - They fire people for trivial reasons and they don't support their employees. - No flexible hours. - They treat you like a typist not a software engineer. An employee gets paid for every 10 minutes and in order to do that the company installs a software to your laptop and this software tracks your mouse clicks, keyboard stokes. Imagine you are thinking about solving a problem, you don't get paid for it because you are not typing and clicking the mouse! - No medical insurance. - No Career path there. You can never get promoted. In order to get a higher title you need to apply again like if you are from outside the company. - You get threatened that you will get fired at the end of every quarter in order to force you to work a lot of over time. - Because of lack of organization and managers aren't fit enough, we have to work sometimes like 70-80 hours a week. - The company uses a factory model and treat you like a spare part that can be replaced. - The company uses an exam called CCAT that has nothing to do with software engineering just to terminate people when they need a reason. - They give you 1 - 2 days to onboard to any project they have and they expect you to deliver fixes from day 3 which is nearly impossible. - They put fake pressure on employees by not adopting the agile way in delivering software. They have their own process which is really tiring and wastes time.
